ClickBank Full Review-Make Money On ClickBank Affiliate.
IN THIS REVIEW I WILL GIVE YOU ALL ABOUT INFORMATION OF CLICKBANK. SO READ FRONT TO END.
WHAT IS CLICKBANK ?
ClickBank has been in the market for 17 years and has built a solid reputation with over 200 million customers. Based on their site, they are among the top 100 online sellers.
ClickBank is an affiliate network known to be home to thousands of digital goods such as software, ebooks, and videos. They are just intermediaries between affiliates and product sellers.
In case you are a marketer, you create your own products and set them up using the ClickBank system. They will then showcase your products in their marketplace so that tens of thousands of affiliate marketers will see you. They handle tracking using unique tracking links and cookies to know exactly where the sale came from and credit the appropriate bank account accordingly.
This is not your typical affiliate network. They focus on products that are created digitally by entrepreneurs from all over the world. Unlike other affiliate networks that attract big companies, ClickBank is a place where the little guys can work in harmony to generate money.
Digital product developers put their goods on the ClickBank platform and affiliate marketers create affiliate links to sell those products (and earn a commission).

Our tools and services lower the barrier to entry and make it easy to scale your business online.
Huge.

REGISTRATION PROCESS.
Their registration process for new branches is very straightforward.
Simply enter your location, name, phone number and email address:
The login page is also available in six languages, so that's nice.
Once you have entered your personal information, click "Continue to Terms and Conditions".
This is the usual quick scroll and click on the "Accept Terms and Conditions" button.
And once you've done that, you can finally click "Join ClickBank!"
Note: You must live in a country where ClickBank can do direct deposit.
It's a sad fact, but affiliate networks cannot work in some countries due to the risk of fraud and/or legal restrictions.
So if you're an affiliate marketer living in one of these countries, I'm afraid you're SOL - always read the TOS for any service before signing up.
The next step is to offer free training.
You also get a "welcome" video to watch...which subtly tries to sell ClickBank sellers on a monthly membership.
You will then be prompted to fill out your publisher profile, including payment and contact details.
It was bizarre to see my home province listed here in Irish Gaelic, but it shows that they put a real effort into the localization.
The final step is to “Optimize Your Performance” by telling them if you are an Affiliate, Reseller or Researcher.
Now this might sound a little weird, but for some features to work, you need to create an account in your main account.
This is what ClickBank refers to as your 'Nickname'.
Which will also be part of your referral URL, so it can't be longer than ten characters.
Here you can be smart and use something related to your specialty, eg pets 100.
It's annoying to do this as a secondary step - it used to be part of the actual registration process.
However, once you've done that, you're now free to roam the ClickBank marketplace and start promoting digital products.
Wait...don't they ask for any SEO metrics or traffic details during the signup process?
No way.
That's part of the appeal of ClickBank - there's a very low barrier to entry.
HOW TO CREATE AFFILIATE LINKS ?
ClickBank has made the process of creating affiliate links amazingly simple.
Basically, you find the product you want to sell and click Promote.
A popup will appear where you simply add the account nickname you created during the setup process.
And click on 'Generate Hoplinks' to generate your link which will look like this
Why are they called "Hoplinks"?
That's pretty much a "…just because" answer.
Apparently someone thought this was a clever way to distinguish a ClickBank link from any other type of affiliate link.
But what about your website's banner links and graphics?
The thing is...there's no guarantee there will be any.
It's up to the seller.
And you will have to go to the affiliate resource pages to find the banners.
However, there is no guarantee that your dealer will have one of these sites.
This means that you will have to actually email the vendors and ask them for banners or other sales material.
Which is dumber than a drunken bear trying to knit mittens.
In their defense, the better sellers do a pretty good job of supplying affiliates with all the promotional materials they need.
And this often goes beyond just banners to include swipeable files full of articles, autoresponder sequences, etc.
The affiliate link creation process is very decentralized...but it works.
ClickBank is one of the few networks that manage affiliate links this way.
But when checking out, it's still a lot less complicated than what you have to put up with in other affiliate networks.
PAYMENT METHOD.
You can choose to accept payments by check or direct deposit.
But that's all. No other payment method is allowed.
Another note for international affiliates is that ClickBank checks don't come overnight.
So you can stretch up to seven days on your payment timeframe.
This is not as complete a set of payment options as some of you might like.
There is no option to get paid through Payoneer, PayPal or bank transfer for example.
While this may be annoying to some, ClickBank clearly has a reason for it.
But this is probably due to a lack of demand, i.e. most affiliates are happy to pay by check or direct deposit.
PAYMENT LIMIT.
To start paying ClickBank, you need to earn a small amount of $10 in commissions.
However, if you can only accept payments by check, I would recommend keeping your limit set much higher.
Bank charges decimate checks under $100 in value.
So the better move is to keep the ClickBank payout limit set to at least a few hundred dollars.
Note: You must also generate at least 5 sales to receive payment.
This was to help prevent something we discuss in the next section.
REFUNDS.
The real Achilles heel of ClickBank is that it offers a 90-day money-back guarantee.
This is great news for customers as they can return anything they are not happy with.
However, there are unscrupulous people who will use the same money back guarantee to get free stuff.
Basically, they order digital products, download them, and then ask for a refund.
And the bad thing is that mostly affiliate marketers do it.
In reality, they are just scammers pretending to be affiliates.
However, it is an ongoing problem with the platform that can eat into your ClickBank affiliate commissions.
ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF CLICKBANK ?
Advantages.
• The oldest digital-only network.
• Very high commissions (up to 90%).
• One of the few networks that offers recurring commissions.
• ClickBank provides a cookie for 60 days.
• No consent required to promote products - just click and go.
• Creating affiliate links is very easy.
• ClickBank offers weekly and fortnightly payouts.
• There are products that fit most niches.
Disadvantages
• The control panel is a bunch of old and new interfaces mixed together.
• You have to cut through the hype to find decent products.
• ClickBank is no longer the only player in the digital product market like Udemy.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COSTS TO JOIN CLICKBANK.
It is completely free to join and there is no vetting process. It has no complex metrics or cap. It's basically a simple affiliate system, open to anyone who wants to try it out.
If you want to test ClickBank and start selling digital products or share affiliate links, just sign up on their main page.
WHAT IS AFFILIATE MARKETING ?
Affiliate marketing is a method of generating commission by promoting another company's service or product. You search for a product, sell it to others, and get a portion of the profit from each sale you make.
Simply put, when you help another company make a sale through an affiliate link, you get a cut!
The great thing about this is that you don't have to invest enough money and time into creating your products because someone else has already done the hard work. You can start making money as an affiliate when you have a website or page to promote products.
HOW TO BECOME A AFFILIATE MARKETER WITH CLICKBANK ?
Joining ClickBank is completely free.
All you have to do is:
• You must be a resident of eligible countries such as Canada, United States of America, etc.
• You should enable cookies in your web browser.
• You should have a social security number and a tax identification number.
• To register as a reseller, you must spend a one-time activation price of $49.95.
• Additional accounts pay just $29.95
CAN YOU REALLY MAKE MONEY ON CLICKBANK AFFILIATE ?
It's not unusual to find people on ClickBank who have three numbers every day. A regular purchase earns you $15-$50 in commission. Let's say the average is $30. That means you need four sales in one day to reach $100.
Seems possible, right? Depending on your level of expertise, you can make your first sale in just days or weeks.
You can definitely make money with affiliate marketing, but if you put in a lot of hard work to become an affiliate marketer (which, trust me, is not easy), you can also bring in some REAL money.
IS CLICKBANK GOOD FOR BEGINNERS ?
Since ClickBank is free to join, you can explore and learn the basics of affiliate marketing here. As a ClickBank beginner, it would also be helpful to not get your hopes up and be realistic, as you can get your first digital sales in two to three months.
IS CLICKBANK LEGIT ?
Clickbank affiliate marketing is 100% legit. That is all. But since you're probably hoping for a more detailed answer, I'll go a little deeper.
As we mentioned earlier, ClickBank is one of the oldest affiliate networks that has been in the affiliate marketing game for over two decades.
In that time, it has built a network of nearly 100,000 affiliate marketers, from digital content creators to bloggers and influencers.
Based in over 200 countries, they have used ClickBank to earn over $4 billion in commissions. And they clearly like it, as the company has a 4.5-star rating from over 2,300 reviews on Trustpilot.
Sellers love it too, with over 4,000 products listed on the ClickBank marketplace.
Honestly, with numbers like that, there's simply no way ClickBank is a "scam network." Someone would have noticed by now!
I help you find great deals and join programs with great earning potential.
You can do this either by using a keyword search or by browsing individual categories and filtering the results.
So if we wanted to find all ClickBank affiliate programs for weight loss, we would simply enter this keyword:
And you get the following:
It's worth noting here that ClickBank's ability to sort results by "keyword relevance" usually drops off after the second or third page of results.
Basically, their keyword search function is a bit of a piece of shit.
But being able to filter by a number of different metrics like "Popularity" and "Gravity" works well.
Wait… what does “Gravity” have to do with affiliate marketing?
Although the movie was amazing.
ClickBank, in its divine wisdom, chose not to simply use the same EPC metric as every other affiliate network on the planet.
Well, they did, but they decided to call it 'Gravity' instead.
So now is as good a time as any to look at the various ClickBank metrics you can use to filter your search results by keyword or category.
Gravity – This is a rough measure of how well an affiliate product converts – a higher number is better.
Initial $/Sale - How much the affiliate earns per initial sale minus any monthly recurring payments
Avg. %/Sale - The amount of commission the affiliate marketer earns per sale
Average Rebill Amount - For a recurring billing product, this is the amount the supplier charges customers each month
Avg %/Rebill – The percentage of recurring commissions you earn
Now let's look at the different categories in the "Marketplace":
Arts And Entertainment.
As seen on T.V.
Betting systems.
Business/Investment.
Computers/Internet.
Cooking, food and wine.
E-Business/E-Marketing.
Education.
Employment and jobs.
Green products.
Health and fitness.
Software/Services.
Spirituality, New Age and Alternative Faith.
Sports.
Travel.
Some of these categories will obviously be more popular and profitable than others.
Such as "E-business & E-Marketing" or "Health & Fitness".
So if we go to the "Health and Fitness" category on ClickBank, the list of available programs will automatically populate.
You can add various filters to your search query to narrow things down a bit.
In the example above, I set it to only show affiliate products with (1) a "Gravity" score of 20 or higher and a minimum (2) "Initial Sale" value of $20.
Why choose a "Gravity" score of 20?
This is explained in our detailed article on how to make money with ClickBank.
However, there is another set of attributes that you can use to further refine your results:
• Desired product types
• Required languages
• Required types of invoicing
• Required attributes
So you can also filter by 'Rebill' if you're only looking for an affiliate program that offers recurring commissions, for example.
But you can also adjust your results to include only products available in specific languages.
Or that actually ship physical products to customers, i.e. "Deliverable Media".
In terms of product search, the ClickBank platform has most of the competition licked.
If only the interface wasn't so damn ugly...but first world problems, right?
The flip side of this is that most ClickBank affiliates only look for products with a high "Gravity" score and/or initial sales value.
Most of the other features are really just window dressing.
